PARA ATHLETICS TECHNICAL SEMINAR YENAGOA 2024

The Para Athletics Federation of Nigeria in conjunction with the Bayelsa State Para- Athletics is organising a Technical Seminar for officials, retired athletes, coaches and organising secretaries from different Para Sports and other Sports.
According to the Secretary, Bayelsa State Para Athletics, Deborah Aguty Obolo, the seminar is organised for the first time in Bayelsa State with the theme: “Upgrading The Capacity Of Technical Officials In Para Athletics.”
The purpose is to acquire new knowledge, new technical rules and to classify the para athletes.
Another benefit to the State is that it will increase more participants in officiating at the national level.
The Commissioner of Sports, Hon. Daniel Igali and Director of Sports, Sir Braveman Wodi have been a tremendous help to the association to ensure that Bayelsa State Para Athletics is been recognised in the State and national level.
